Christine Migton ‘20: 2020 MPS in Food Business Studies alum Christine Migton is a fresh product specialist for US Foods Metro NY.  She uses her 2 decades worth of culinary experience to assist operators with problem solving and educate the sales team on product knowledge.  Prior to this role, she spent 5 years as the executive chef of Chez Catherine, a boutique classical French restaurant in Westfield, NJ.  During her tenure, her team received awards from New Jersey Monthly Magazine, The Star Ledger newspaper and Food and Wine Magazine. Christine is also a proud member of The Culinary Institute of America’s Society of Fellows.
