Jeffrey S. Steelman has over 25 years of experience in culinary services and is known for his leadership on driving bottom line growth through supplier agreements, sustainability and food waste management initiatives.  In his current role as Vice President Culinary, North America at HMSHost, he is responsible for advising the executive team on culinary best practices to manage a range of chef-driven concepts to mature, legacy brands. Chef Steelman has managed world-renowned culinary operations including hotels and casinos and Todd English Enterprises where he was most recently Global Vice President Development/Culinary prior to joining HMSHost. (Bethesda, MD)
