Meera kay

Meera Kay is a Phd and dietetics student at the University of Maryland. Her current research involves increasing planetary food literacy amongst college students and she looks forward to leveraging the power of the Menus of Change University Research Collaborative at The Culinary Institute of America towards this endeavor. She is the founder of Paddington's Farm, a nonprofit sanctuary where she mentors high school students on environmental sustainability practices and animal care. Her hobbies include growing vegetables for the local pantry and exploring nature through the local hiking trails.
