Before Salad and Go, Nicole was a driving force behind the launch of Jennifer Lopez’s bottled cocktail brand as the General Manager at House of Delola. Her leadership roles also include serving as the Chief Brand Officer at Live Nation Entertainment and Vice President of Marketing for PepsiCo’s Mountain Dew where her strategic initiatives led to a remarkable turnaround that resulted in five consecutive quarters of industry-surpassing growth.
