Russell Walker, MBA, PhD is an associate professor of teaching at the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington and serves on the Scientific and Technical Advisory Council (STAC) for Menus of Change.Previously, Russell was clinical professor at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He has developed novel courses in risk management, analytics,and on strategies in globalization.Russell is economic strategist for Changing Tastes, a firm focused on developing new culinary and dietary choices that improve lives, health, economics, and the environment, through which he has advised restaurant groups, NGOs, food retailers,and producers.He has advised leading organizations on risk management and analytics,including U.S. Department of State, World Bank, Securities and Exchange Commission, U.S.Federal Reserve Banking System, Bank of England, International Finance Corporation,and Microsoft, among others.
