As the strategy & insights lead for CPG & Restaurants at Google, Sara drives innovation and impact for top brands across the food, beverage, beauty, and home/personal care industries. Sara is focused on solving business and marketing challenges through thought leadership, bringing forward the best of Google. She connects consumer behavior with industry trends to transform partnerships with brand, consulting, and research teams. Prior to joining Google in 2019, Sara spent over a decade marketing in the food & beverage space. Most recently, she was the Director of Ad Sales Marketing for Food Network and Cooking Channel and oversaw multi-platform marketing programs, including the launch of the promotion,  Fantasy Kitchen. She has been on the client, agency and publisher side, as well as in the start-up world, from SVEDKA Vodka to J. Walter Thompson to Snooth Media, a wine lifestyle website. Sara graduated from the University of Maryland with a dual bachelor's degree in marketing and Spanish. She currently lives in Brooklyn, New York with her husband and daughter. (Brooklyn, NY)
