Scott Davis is a seasoned leader and innovator in the restaurant industry, renowned for his expertise in brand positioning and clean, healthy menu development. From his early days as an operator in Boston to his current role as Chief Concept Officer at Noodles & Company, Scott has consistently championed the power of better food to create a better life. Scott joined Noodles & Company in June 2024, bringing a wealth of experience and a fresh perspective to menu innovation and concept relevance. 

Prior to this, Scott served as Chief Concept Officer, President, and Partner at CoreLife Eatery, where he played a pivotal role in growing the brand to 47 locations across the Northeast and Midwest.  

The cornerstone of Scott’s career was his tenure at Panera Bread, where he served as Chief Concept Officer from the brand’s inception through December 2014. During this time, Scott was instrumental in shaping Panera’s menu, restaurant design, and sustainability initiatives. He also collaborated closely with the marketing and strategy teams to guide the brand’s evolution into a leader in the fast-casual space. After departing Panera in 2015, Scott teamed up with local restaurant operators in upstate New York to develop CoreLife Eatery, a concept centered on wholesome, active lifestyles. Now, at Noodles & Company, Scott continues to innovate and drive concept relevance.
